Hello Framemaker users!!

Is it possible to define styles such as heading1, H2, Body text specific to
a document in Framemaker 5.6.

If i want to customise my heading 1, i have to do it each time i insert a
H1. Can heading1 inserted in a document, be updated according to a user
defined style for a specific document (the way we so in Word)

Please update.
TIA
SJ
