Yeah. And look what happened to them. Let that be a lesson to you...

Seriously, here's another option, from my past life as a computer
applications consultant. I operated a system whereby some clients paid
money on account. As long as they were "in credit", I didn't charge them
for travelling time. If they weren't, I did - but even then only one way,
at a lower rate, and only after advising them in advance.
