The ones who stayed behind...while you worked for the company, did
you respect them? Do you believe that if they had their way, they'd
make the decisions you would?

Is it a reasonable package or is it too good to be true. In other
words, while it may be generous, if you were them, is it what you
would pay for you?

Treat this as a new situation...forget what was before...this is now.
it appears that they are thinking of themselves as a new company and
have learned something...they might be a GOOD new company now.

You could get laid off from anywhere.
