TOOLS: Track Project Time with Time Stamp

I've recently discovered a nice little Windows app that I use to track
actual hours spent on projects and other activities. It's called Time
Stamp. It has helped me do a better job of forecasting project
schedules.

You can create multiple files for several projects, calculate cumulative
project costs using a default hourly rate, and track slack time related
to a project. I'm still figuring out how I might apply some of its
features (Export to XML?), but I've found it to be a simple, useful
tool.

Time Stamp is available as copylefted donationware from the developer,
