I'm reminded of what a manager I interviewed with said about the
difference between a junior tech writer and a senior tech writer: "a
junior tech writer takes what someone told them and relays it. A Senior
tech writer looks at it and pieces together what's important about it,
and what may be incorrect/problematic about it."
An XML template may be able to eliminate thejob of the former. It will
*never* eliminate the job of the latter. That will always take liveware
to do:)
