4. Those of us who still use plain text e-mail clients (like I do at home) either have to open the messages in a browser or hit reply and read between the mess that the tags make just to find out that the message was a forwarded piece of drivel and a total waste of time.

5. Most people who use HTML e-mail don't seem to have a clue about readability of documents. How many times have you seen yellow text on a white background or normal black text against a dark jpg background?
