Subject: MS Word losing menus and toolbars
Hi
Can anyone help me fix a very stupid problem. All the menus and toolbars
have disappeared from MS-Word. (OFfice 2000 running on XP.) It was ok when I
started, then I dropped a pen on my keyboard and something odd happened.
I've tried closing and reopening the program, doing a cold reboot of my
computer, then reinstalling. It must be something simple? I can open new and
old files by double-clicking in Explorer or launching from the Office
Shortcut bar, I can type directly in the documents, but I can't get access
to the menus using shortcuts such as Alt, V, T.
Thanks in advance. Could you email me directly as I'm on the digest.
