Does anyone know how to add HelpIDs and context strings into a Delphi
component without using the IDE? I'm using Delphi 5.0 with SP1. We're
finding that Delphi is having the very annoying tendency of changing the
developer's code as we change the HelpID and context string. Click "Save"
and all their references go out the window.

Any suggestions?
