Why are you surprised? He's a 'sales guy' and 'every other statement is untrue' seem
totally consistent to me. <g>

I'm being very serious here when I say that you may be confused about this writer's
purpose. Logical consistency is not something I would expect out of a Marketing
White Paper. The purpose would seem to be Marketing.

Perhaps there is *supposed* to be some mystique about a White Paper that would
compel even Sales & Marketing types to bow before it and speak the unbiased truth
without hyperbole, but I don't see why.
