Sounds like your sales guy wants to reassure customers that they
can administer your products with regular wage slaves instead of
high-priced uber-geeks. That's a pretty good point to get across
in a white paper.

I think his main point is that the products are widely used,
therefore the talent is widely available.

How about "market-leading, state-of-the-art products...."?

Still a contradiction, though. State-of-the-art kinda implies
low market penetration (but not always).
