[I posted this a couple of weeks ago and got some replies. I am posting again in hopes of getting some more. I apologize if this is spamming...]

A recent conversation I had with a colleague on the perennial problem of customer contact prompts me to survey the list about it. If you will reply offline, I will compile the results and report back. (I also think I see a column in this 8^) Thanks!

Have you ever been in contact with a member of your target audience? (yes or no)

If so, in what form? (visited customer site, customer visited your site, telephone, survey, e-mail, other)

Did you find it helpful? Why?

If not, why not?

If you could speak with a member of your target audience, what questions would you ask?
