The archives are full of war stories and heated arguments about writing
tests. Search around, using terms like "writing test" or "peanut butter
and jelly" (seriously - trust me) and you'll find plenty of posts.

In the meantime, looks like you may have found an unusual way to advertise
a job opening without paying the list a fee. Pretty sly! <g>
