So, it's all right to then offend others in the audience by using 'she'. What a
lark.

The self confidence lacking,  self victimization members of the audience are
certainly more defensible than any of the troglodytes you might find arguing the
opposite. But what of those that have non-sexist, non-derogatory objections?
