I am busily trying to build my Style Guide's style guide (kidding)...

Actually, I have a quick question for you Index-jockeys out there. When
building your index (or concordance, really, since I am not an Index
artiste) do you include glossary entries?

My instinct says 'no', but my instinct also said to have that last piece of
pizza at lunch - and that didn't work out too well. So... should I include
the glossary entries in the index?

Thanks
