That is not a free market. Free means no rules.

If you have no rules, you can have no market. Trivial example: If there is no right to private property (and protection of same), there is no point in buying and selling. Hence, there is no market.

With no rules, you might have something that is free (depending on your definition of the word), but you'd have no market.
