If you want the job, jump through their hoops. As long as they aren't asking
you to do their work during the interviews, you have nothing to lose except
another 30 minutes to the phone. It sounds like they like you. I think that
because you'd be relocating, they want to make certain that you're the right
fit for the job. I think that if this is the case (making certain before
relocating a candidate for a position), it's a very intelligent and
admirable course of action they're taking.
