Any help will be welcome. I could use an OO noun...

Object-orientation?

According to Acronymfinder, "OO" means "Object oriented (Programming)". In other words, it is an elliptical abbreviation.

Jan Henning

PS: "OO" is also said to mean "Ozzy Osbourne", but I guess that may not help you :-)
