Re: IT documentation
The process used to ensure that the learning is captured and the project
stays on track are quite rigorous. They just don't involve a lot of
documentation. It is a rigorous and disciplined approach, but one that
rejects the notion that rigor and discipline can be measured by the ream.
Unfortunately, this process also ignores the reality that most people who will be tasked to implement Agile Programming or placed in change of such an effort, either don't understand the process, don't want to be bothered by the methodology, or interpret it as a Carta blanche to do what they want.
