I'm not aware of any useful ones other than those hosted by documenum in their support/developer areas.

I think the short answer is, "No." if by "easy" you mean check an existing checkbox to modify Documentum's behavior. The answer might be, "Yes." if you have access to someone comfortable modifying out of the box Documentum behavior.

Also, it's possible that if you're using Documentum Workflows and/or Documentum Lifecycles there is check-the-box-easy way to do that, but I'm not very familiar with those areas of Documentum.
