Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002

Earlier this week I received the third recruiter inquiry since
June 1st seeking my level of "experience" with Sarbanes-Oxley. On Tuesday, I
downloaded the text of the Act and an e-book ("What is Sarbanes-Oxley?")
from Amazon and read both. The Act mandates accounting and policies of
publicly sold companies.

With all three inquiries listing "Job
Description/Responsibilities: Provide documentation to the web on systems
per the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002," I am trying to determine some semblance
of what is being asked for and how does one gain "experience" in this
matter.

Thanks in Advance,
Jon
