Hmmm, not sure I've seen the "150" message. Sometimes it's "60", but I suppose it could vary. Is this RoboHelp HTML? What is the output? .CHM or WebHelp or FlashHelp?

If you look at the files in your editor (assuming RoboHelp HTML here) do you see red squares among your topics? If so, the following link may help you to resolve things.

I have encountered the out of memory at line 150 in a RoboHelp project. From
what I have read, this is likely to happen when you import material from one
RoboHelp project into another one.

How do you locate the offending topic? The error message appears to "jump
around."
