Re: "Strict" Word template for end-users?While it's not a simple "click this check box" solution, but you can remove all the formatting commands, buttons, and keyboard shortcuts you like from the GUI for a given template and its derivative documents, without using any macros or having any impact on the GUI seen in other documents. Cool. At the risk of complicating things with rocket surgery, I'd add a custom toolbar, with one button per approved style, to the stripped-down template. I'd also add a blurb of text to the template, or maybe even said blurb with a screen capture of the toolbar, so that every new document on the template is self-documenting.
