If you use MOTW You will disable the ActiveX warning if the Webhelp is
viewed locally on your end user machines, But If the Webhelp is on a
server, then there is no need for MOTW.

The downside to MOTW is that if you have links to PDF, DOC, or any other
type of non-html file then those links will not work, nor will you get any
error messages about the links not working,

I would recommend that you don't enable MOTW for your project if its going
to be on a server, or Local and has files attached to it.
