I've got a number of tabbed Visio drawings in a single VSD. I've Saved As to
a HTML file, which provides a nice drop-down menu from which to access the
individual flowcharts. The problem I'm running into is that, even when saved
locally, users running Vista cannot access the HTML file.

Would you know of a Vista security setting that permits viewing?
