I think more information is needed. What basic debugging steps has the
client performed? Have they tried logging onto the server and running
the file directly there, rather than via a link? Have they actually
linked to the file they say they have, and is that the file they
/should/ be linking to? I assume you've already checked that it's the
same whether you open the link or they do...
