RE: Enabling Web-based PDF reviews

We are in the middle of a test of Acrobat 9's "shared review" feature (the
PDF is on a network drive, not strictly a Web-based review). I have to
second Paul Nagai's comments about counter-intuitive behaviors, and that is
compounded by lack of big-picture help topics. Our reviewers lost some
comments and had to re-enter them, which erodes confidence in the system.
That said, they still like the idea of being able to see and respond to
each others' comments (now that we know how to make sure comments are
saved).

This test is with a group of software developers; the next one we do will
be with hardware developers and we're interested to see if the reactions
differ.
