I tried the method of using a network drive first, then I had one of our IT
guys set up a WebDAV enabled server. Then I found out that it wasn't going
to work the way I thought it would - with users having only Reader on their
computers.

I had been doing email reviews and we all love that, but when there is a
team involved, there is tremendous benefit in being able to see everyone
else's comments.

If Acrobat 9 will do this (I am currently using 7), we will rush out and buy
it. We're not about to purchase Acrobat for everyone though - this whole
thing depends on our users having Reader only.
