For companies that need or are looking for offshore (i.e. not America or UK,
I presume), I just want to make a suggestion. It's probably more expensive
than India or the Philippines, but you would get a native English speaker.
Consider hiring a technical writer in Israel -- they are mostly immigrants
from English-speaking countries, have the latest tools, and understand
American and Western European culture because that's their native culture.
