There are a couple of problems as others have said. The first one is verb
tense agreement. The second problem is (I think, unless XX Systems is the
company name) is that the true doer of the action is implied.

Two options:

1. Informal - "We develop XX Systems based on over 10 years of
research."
2. Formal - "CompanyName develops XX System products based on over 10
years of research."


Both are also stronger statements.
