Are you writing for interface developers? If so, I suspect that the
names of the UI widgets depend on the development environment and should
be in the developer documentation for that environment. I doubt, for
instance, that all the names are the same in .NET and Flex.
For end-user documentation, you don't need to name this interface widget
using the "correct technical term." Just say something like "Use the
arrow buttons to move items from the Available list to the Selected list
and vice versa."
