Hi all

I think it may also depend on how Acrobat was installed to begin with.
For example, I installed the eLearning Suite. I don't use Photoshop so
elected not to install it. I use Captivate. But when I try to use
Acrobat it tells me it must be activated and I'm advised that it was
installed as part of a suite and I should open one of the products in
the suite, such as Photoshop. HEL-LO! I'm using Captivate that's part of
the suite. Why is that not sufficient?

Anyhoo, maybe that also accounts for disabled things in activation?

Cheers... Rick :)
