Customer-friendly word for "landline"

I'm putting together a "se-Instead" glossary of terms to make our
customent facing support content more accessible.

We use the term landline phone differenciate from mobile phone and I
don't like "landline".

My target is 6th grade understanding. Anyone have any suggestions for
inplace of landline?
