Hey, my kids can! The Talmud says that you have to teach your kids to
swim, but I say that's not enough: You also have to teach them to use a
dial phone and a stick shift.

I've seen a video of children being put into a room with a dial phone
and then asked to figure out how to make a call.
I seem to recall that they couldn't.
