Back in the days when ILeaf and Frame were both turnkey systems delivered only
on UNIX stations, I preferred ILeaf. It had features that Frame lacked at the
time, such as automatic updating of numbering when you dragged chapter folders
and section files and, of course, multiple levels of Undo. But ILeaf stumbled
badly in its attempts to move from a workstation/system to software, and by the
time they had a usable Windows product FrameMaker has caught up on most of the
features (except Undo) and had captured the market share.
