The Oatmeal's a favorite of mine. I'm glad attention was called to
those "safe open-ended questions" because they really do nothing to
further the interview, and are usually asked by people who don't know
how to conduct a worthwhile interview.

Do check out the 10 worst interviewees link at the bottom of the
strip. Also good for a chuckle (and you just may see pieces of
yourself in each one).
