I would not recommend machine translation for your use in translating
comments for republishing. I would add a plug-in to the wiki or
suggest a browser plugin for all users of the wiki to use to read
along. When a topic/entry becomes stable and is ready to be
formalized, I would suggest then re-writing/editing it with any needed
comment info included in the topic and then have that professionally
translated for all target audiences.
