John,

I suppose one option would be to buy a language pack (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/language) that would have virtually no overlap with English (eg. Chinese, Japanese, Thai) and use that as your main dictionary. Then your custom dictionary would become your ersatz main dictionary.

Just a thought. Probably a long shot....

Not really. I wouldn't know how to exclude every word in the english
language except for the 3,200 words.
