Well, I think I said "a problem you've identified" without naming the docs
themselves or their writers as the problem. But I can see where that could
be inferred, even though that's not what I meant.

My point is that in a sales call, there has to be a demonstrated (or at
least theoretical) need; else there's no reason to take up the person's
time. And referring back to the OP's quest for work, one needs to focus the
conversation on the client's needs instead of the writer/consultant's
availability for work.
