Hello all,

There have been a couple of posts on LinkedIn and a few recent articles about the challenges of managing offshore teams and ESL writers. I've posted the filleting question in a LInkedIn group and am posting it here for the consideration of this group:

How do you define an ESL writer? Is it simply someone who does not live in a native-English speaking country? How about someone whose mother tongue is not English but whose medium of instruction at school was English?

Sorry for the cross post, but I'd really appreciate opinions from this group.
