Hello Dan,

First, let's consider the fact that the last stable release of XP was in
2008, that is, Windows XP SP3.

Here is the hotfix list for SP3: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946480

Since 5 years ago, AFAIK, there haven't been many serious hotfixes
released.

I am not absolutely certain this is a complete list of post SP3 hotfixes:
http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/updatepack-sp3.html

And another:
https://blogs.technet.com/b/yongrhee/archive/2011/06/12/list-of-post-sp3-related-hotfixes-for-windows-xp-sp3.aspx?Redirected=true

or here?
http://www.wincert.net/forum/topic/7118-xpsp3-qfe-updatepack-for-windows-xp-post-sp3-20140311/

Strange, it is seems rather difficult to get an official list of post SP3
hotfixes. :~]
