Hi Monique,

That's a complicated question. Is this a new problem? Were you previously able to use webmail in Chrome as you expected?

If so, my wild-stab-in-the-dark is that the webmail app is using Java (an applet not js) or some other npapi plugin for which Chrome has recently dropped support.
