Currently, they have mostly how to information delivered in PDF or Word for the current system. Most people do not read it or if they do, they put it away and forget it. That's the way it's been done because the people that wrote it and delivered it were not tech writers.

I want to change that whole culture by delivering something that is not as burdensome or not burdensome at all. This entire software switchover will change the entire culture and I want tech pubs to go along. (BTW, I'm not a manager or a permanent employee but I have a vision.)

Cheers,
