My last company used WhatFix and Pendo, and evaluated WalkMe. They all do
the same thing different ways. At the time they were all JavaScript and web
services based that worked only on web applications connected to the
Internet. Product managers love them because they can create tutorials all
by themselves by clicking and typing. However, none of them provided
content management or localization support. And good luck if your
customers use your apps in secure environments without an Internet
connection.

WalkMeâs plugin for stand-alone apps is new to me.
