Hello Aleg,

I actually looked around a little, didn't need it for some time; but you might want to try and do some research in connection with ITIL; there might be templates available... I also see that you may find it difficult to do the research via a search engine; most search results offer software to maintain any other type of SOPs... ð

Or even ISO documents - although those sometimes are not free, of course.
Or try the IEEE and see if they offer something...

As I said, those would be my first choices to try...

All the best
Nina

Hi,
Does anybody have an experience of creating such type of documentation for
IT systems? I've thought SOP it's a bit archaic for the rapidly evolving IT
systems, but my customer wants to have user documentation exactly in this
format. I'm also looking for a standard structure and scope of this
documentation. Any links to good examples in the web are highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Aleg
