John Sanders,

Stay with FrameMaker. I've used it for 5 years on UNIX and on the PC since
it was released. For manuals and long documents, it is the best.
Their service and support has been very good. Don't forget, FM includes a
decent Hypertext function, book making, and unmatched table-making capability.
