Hi Rich,
Information on training and books on windows help

You should try to get a copy of the Microsoft's Windows Help Authoring Guide
which is available off Microsoft's Developer CD.It is huge but it is
thorough. It looks intimidating at first but after awhile you get use to
it.

I'm not exactly sure how you get this developer cd.

Maybe, calling Microsoft Support Network at (800) 227-4679

There are other packages you can buy:
Doc-To-Help
Robot Help

If you want the numbers for these let me know.
