Hello Chani Sacharen,

I recently read a good review (in ELECTRONICS NOW magazine) of "Electronic
Computer Glossary," edited by Alan Freedman. It is an online version
released on diskette for $29.95 (quarterly updates are $12.95). For details,
contact...

There is also a hardcopy version, "The Computer Glossary," 6th edition,
copyright 1993, price unknown.

The review explained that the glossary started from a small project, the
results of which Alan Freedman would distribute at his seminars. Then it
snowballed into a voluminous collective effort of many contributors, thus
making it very comprehensive and, due to its quarterly updates, very
contemporary. I haven't used the product myself, but I certainly consider
it worth investigating.
