Keith Soltys asks about line spacing in bulleted lists.

My company used the same rule: no extra space for one-line items; one extra
for items greater than one line (even if only one item was greater than one
line).

We used the rule because it made the page look better and made the list easier
to read.

Although this rule is pretty simple, yours is simpler. If you do eliminate
line spacing between bulleted list items, do use a hanging indent. That way
the bullets don't get lost in the text.

Now, how about punctuation in bulleted lists? Another whole subject! ;-)
