All the time.

Ever notice how the ones that inist on you knowing a specific tool, want it to
be the WRONG tool for the job (ie. MS Word for doing dtp)? Probably because
they're too embarassed to buy something appropriate and thereby admit they
goofed.

Learning new software is generally moot compared to the skill and time needed
for such a major job. Unfortunately, an applicant with excellent writing
skills and loads of experience will probably lose out to the one who writes,
"I want the job, and I can spel real good cuz I know Worrd and use the
spel-cheeker all the time!"

Now that would REALLY worry me, since B&D doesn't make hammers =)
