Is there a standard way of determining which is the first calendar week
(Sunday to Saturday) of the year, or is it just up to the individual? I have
seen calendars where January 1st falls on a Friday, but that week is
considered to be the last week of the previous year. For a different year,
January 1st was on a Tuesday, and this was considered the first week.
